In crafting the HR Navigation interface, my goal was to curate an engaging platform that beckons employees to return while ensuring ease of use. To cater to the youthful team, I incorporated multiple colors without overwhelming them with information. This interface allows effortless access to leave status, facilitating easy applications and reducing reliance on emails or paper forms. Additionally, it keeps the team informed about colleagues' absences and upcoming birthdays, fostering a connected workplace culture.
